Through the Fund, AgCarolina is committed to enhancing the quality of life and future opportunities for eastern North Carolina rural residents and their communities in the areas of education, environment, technology, and quality of rural life.

Application-based grants will be awarded for up to $5,000 per organization per year.

Supporting Our Community
A Cause A Quarter
A Cause A Quarter is a quarterly campaign where employees have the option of donating funds to a non-profit organization voted on by all employees of the association. In return, participating employees are able to wear jeans each Friday of the quarter in which they participate.
Pull for Youth Sporting Clays Event
The annual Pull For Youth sporting clays event is a way AgCarolina Farm Credit gives back to the future of agriculture and our youth. All money raised is donated to North Carolina’s 4-H and FFA programs.
Healthy Foods for Those in Need
What started in 2020 in response to the pandemic, AgCarolina Farm Credit has continued to positively impact the communities we serve. The Produce Project helps give healthy, local food to families in need throughout eastern North Carolina. Learn how you can be part of this volunteering initiative.
Mental Health Support for Farmers
Rural Resilience is an initiative that recognizes that farmers need resources to help them manage their own stress and support other members of their community. Learn more about this work and free training resources.
AgCarolina Farm Credit also offers free, confidential help for personal, work-related, and family concerns to its members. Help is available 24/7/365. Members are encouraged to contact your local loan officer or email marketing@barbarastennis.com to learn more about this free member service.
